Can parents watch class? Yes, it is recommended. From watching class, parents can become even more involved with their children. Parents will be able to help when their children practices at home. Parent will see and be able to trust that what we teach is good for their children.

How much does it cost? With the different discounts we offer for families, extended memberships, advertisements, etc. it would be better to discuss cost in person. But check out the Internet Special Offer page for the current Introductory Special. We do have the best prices in town!

Do I have to wear those silly pajamas? The uniform, Dobok, is a tool. Students can check their stances, listen for the snap to make sure their kicks and punches are improving. The Dobok is also for safety and its quality will prevent your street cloths from being torn. You do not need to purchase a Dobok until you decide to become part of the Unified Tae Kwon-Do family. Anyway, wearing a Unified Tae Kwon-Do uniform is the "cool" thing to do!

How long does it take to become a Black Belt? It can take 2 ½ to 3 years depending upon the student’s attitude and effort.

I have taken other styles or come from a different city; do I have to start back at White Belt? Master Wiles will work with the individual to see which belt level they should start at. It would not be fair for someone with the skill and knowledge of a Red Belt to start at White Belt and compete against true beginners. |
