The Mighty Dragons This is our program for preschoolers (4yrs-6yrs). This program is designed to develop listening skills, skills in following directions, balance and coordination. This delicate age group is taught with positive encouragement and enthusiasm. Stranger Awareness, Lost Child and Personal Defense are taught through role-playing. Kicking, punching and blocking are tools used in practice and discouraged for use in play.
